You must have the legal right, based on your own local laws, to access TakingBackAmerica.Org.

You also agree to conduct yourself in an appropriate manner by not posting any material that attacks any specific individual because of race, religion, or age; contains profanity or depicts any sexual activity of any sort.

You also agree to not post any copyright material without having rights to said property, whatever its form. If republishing any material by another author, credit must be plainly displayed and the material must be republished in “Italics”.

TakingBackAmerica.Org has a zero tolerance policy on violations of this TOS and reserves the right to disable or permanently remove and/or block the violator from the TakingBackAmerica.Org web site, with or without notice. TakingBackAmerica.Org reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate.

This TOS includes the TakingBackAmerica.Org web site, the TakingBackAmerica.Org Forum and any Personal Blog Site that has been granted and set up through TakingBackAmerica.Org.

TakingBackAmerica.Org will always comply with all legal requests from the law enforcement community for assistance in investigations.
